JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the analysis and synthesizing of data to maximize utilization of data in clinical decision-making, business and strategic initiative. Coordinates educational activities associated with orientation, ongoing training and accuracy. Establishes close working relationships with nursing and staff. Promotes optimal patient care through clinical activities and data analysis. Will have working knowledge of regulations regarding data collection, submission and documentation. Will gather and analyze feedback from various stakeholders and disseminate the results.Must possess strong clinical background. Must be able to understand regulations governing the rehabilitation field and effectively educate others. Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and written. Must be able to plan and schedule daily work load independently. Must be able to adapt in a changing environment. Must possess strong public relations skills, time management skills, and positive personal relations. Ability to resolve conflicts and effectively problem solve. Must be able to work independently yet recognize accountability to the department and organization. Must be proficient in computer software. Must demonstrate high personal and professional commitments.

QUALIFICATIONS

Currently licensed with the applicable State Nursing Board and/or possess multistate licensure privileges as required by position. Graduation from a NLN or AACN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred. Graduate from an approved nursing program is acceptable. Bachelor's Degree in nursing required.
